Bob Carlson

We both came to know Bob Carlson through Sons of Norway. I called him Uncle Bob, he was quiet and reserved and cooked the potatoes and Lutefisk at our lodge, he and Cam could be depended on to help with any and everything at the "Sons of Norway" functions. He was Very interesting , ambitious and made a cream corn dish i loved, I soon got his recipe to make it, but it never tasted like his.
