Laura, I am so very sorry to hear about Bob's passing. I loved seeing you both at our reunion in July. He sent a lovely email telling me that he had had a great time and wanted to organize all of the Denver alums for dinner soon so that we could continue to reconnect. I will pick up that cause to organize our group and we will get together in Bob's honor. Bob's obituary describes him so well. I will always remember his smile, happiness and big hugs. You and your family are in my prayers.

Laura, I'm so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you and the family at this difficult time. Walt Davis AAHS '75; USAFA '79

My heartfelt condolences to Laura and all of Bob´s family. I got to know Bob at KC-135 school and then at Altus AFB for our first assignment. Later, we reconnected at Delta Air Lines. What a great guy. Always with a smile and a good word. We will all miss him. He has "slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings" one last time. God speed Bob. Dan R...USAFA79 and Delta colleague.

Please accept my sincere condolences. As Leonardo da Vinci said: "When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward. For there you have been, and there you will always long to return." As a fellow classmate, he will be remembered for a positive attitude and the ability to persevere. Bob's time on this earth was way too short. Bob made a difference and he will be missed.

My condolences to the family. This hits me personally and quite hard. Bob was a great friend. I knew him from cadet years to now. What a great guy. In 2008 Bob was my sim instructor on the 767, what a breath of fresh air compared to others. In 2019 we had dinner in Narita Japan where we discussed each of our retirement plans and recently we discussed our shared post retirement experiences as sim instructors, Bob with Delta and myself with CAE. I will miss Bob he was always a friend I could...
