Not sure what to say?

It indeed sadens me to hear of Bob's passing. I like many other students, had to meet with him many times about attendance while at Fairmont. Then to my dismay he followed us from Fairmont to Capital, I always respected him very much, and the world is a lesser place without him. To his family, may you find peace in the knowing that he has gone to a better place, and God be with you.

I didn't know Bob very long or very well, but I knew he was a good man because of how he was loved.

My heart in broken for Judy, Mark, Christine, Leanne and their families. What an incredible loss for you all and those whose lives he touched.

A man with a mission - that was Bob Haley. He was an outstanding educator and effective administrator.

Bob was a friend from HS. Always lived an exemplary life, worked hard, took care of others, valued education, and lived as we all should live. He was a valued friend. We loved him and will miss him. Prayers to the family for their loss. Sue Kupillas

I am proud to say that I knew Bob Haley. He touched my life on July 1st, 1996, when I became employed with the Meridian School District at the Administrative office @911 Meridian Road. I will mark my 15th year at the DSC, and am saddened that Bob has left, but glad that he is now out of pain & suffering! May his family know he will continue to be with ALL of you--his Famous Smile and enduring love will give you peace in the days ahead. Bob, you left so many an amazing legacy of your earthly...

Remember the good times and cherish the pain you feel because it will help you always keep him close and in your heart. My heartfelt condolences to the family!!

Bob Haley treated me like an adult when I turned 18 my senior year at Capital. I gladly told him I now had the right to excuse myself from class. He masterfully told me he had the right to expell me from school if I did not meet the required attendance criteria. He shook my hand and said, "now that you're an adult I hope you make good decisions." We all have defining people and moments in our lives that remain etched in our souls. Mr Haley was one such man to me! I have never forgotten...

I was at Capital HS when Mr. Haley was V-Prin and I remember him always staying in touch with the kids. He was a good man. Thoughts and Prayers to him and his family.
