Bob Hudspeth

Our hearts go out to Frieda, Lauren and Mark. Very sorry to receive this news. Sandy and I met the Hudspeth´s in Singapore in the mid 1970´s. We had flats in the same building, and our kids were approximately the same. Frieda and Sandy were fast friends and Bob a major factor especially among his fellow foreign bankers like me. There was a price to be paid to be Bob´s friend. His wonderful sense of humor had a defect- his compulsion to pop a cringe-inducing quip or riddle. Our 4+ years...

What a great friend. Bob introduced me to ballooning in 1980 and we shared many flights together. His old balloon is on display at the Frontiers of Flight Museum.

Bob was a great boss, and someone whose friendship my husband and I valued greatly for almost 40 years. A wonderful person, he will be missed. Hasta la vista amigo!
