BOB PROBERT passed away in Windsor, Ontario. The obituary was featured in The Windsor Star on July 5, 2016.
Bob Probert was one of the main reasons I grew to become a die hard hockey fan! He was a great player I saw him play in the All-Star game in St.Louis but he also had the courage to protect his teammates better then any other player that has played the game and there is a noble quality in protecting others that is rare in humans and only a special few have it. I miss him dearly! RIP Bob.
