Not sure what to say?

Everyone needs a "Bobby Byrd". I always watch videos of JB and Bobby and it shows two friends in sync and having a good time. Bobby was the perfect compliment and supporter on stage to JB. #tears I wish I had a "Bobby Byrd". We all need one. Blessings to the family #lavelllucas, www.lavelllucas.com

I spiritually felt like leaving this message after watching Netflix 'Get On Up' and was curious if Mr Byrd was still alive. I was so moved by your devout loyalty to your family and Mr Brown that I landed here and just wanted to leave this message. Your presence is still felt. God Bless your soul

In the 1960s, I was a teenager in junior high school in NYC. My friends and I played hooky just to get good seats to see James Brown and the Famous Flames at the Apollo in Harlem, where my family lived. We loved James Brown, but we were there to see Bobby Byrd! He was the coolest and smoothest one on stage.

Your legacy lives on through your great grandson Bobby Byrd Jr.
