Bobby D. Hayter

HAYTER, Bobby D., 74, of Richmond went to be with the Lord on Thursday February 26, 2009. He is survived by his wife and best friend for 30 years, Barbara Hayter; daughters, Barbara Jean, Barbie Brown; son, David Hayter; sisters, Mildred Parris, Thelma Johns; brother, Charles Hayter; grandchildren, Lisa, Michael, Josh and Destiny. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bessie Hayter; father, Charlie Hayter; sister, Joyce Hardester; sons, Danny, Randy and Dean Hayter. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2009 at the Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Road (Rt. 10). His funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations be made to the Children's Hospital, 2924 Brook Road, Richmond, Va. 23220.
