Not sure what to say?

Chef Bobby while I work as a waiter and dish pit guy he would push me and encourage me in his own "ways" ( : to pursue my passion and carrier. He would purchase my Ship's in a Bottle and made a collection out of them, he gave me the best Talk when I left the restaurant to pursue my degree in the arts under a full scholar ship and now I have become a respectful and successful artist and professor in Hawaii. Thank you for the time you took to make me mussels after a long weekend shift. !! ...

Bobby, We love you so much and your absence is felt deeply. Amy, Lindsey & Connor ~ We love you all & are praying for you daily as you find your new normal. I wish, more than anything, that I could be there with y'all. All our love

I got to work with Chef at the Fish Market from 2000-2002. I admired him for staying cool under the pressure of a Saturday night, 1000 covers, but never heard him raise his voice or use profanity at anyone. A true professional.

My deepest sympathies to Bob's entire family. He was a jewel and left everyone with wonderful memories. He will never be forgotten. I met Bob in Miami when he worked at Brazzerie Le Coze. He was an amazing person, husband, father, brother, friend. Rest in peace dear Bob. May our dear Lord carry, give strength and comfort to his wife, Amy, and children. Prayers for you all.

It is with a heavy heart and prayer I send my condolences to the family. I didn't know Bobby personally but as a chef I can understand his love, pride, compassion and dedication that he shared. I know he will be missed by everyone he touched. I have been moved by his story. RIP

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

I knew Bobby and Richard from Brasserie Le Coze in Miami. Those are wonderful memories. What a kind, giving and patient man! I ran into him at home Depot in Brookhaven after almost 30 years. He still recognized me and invited me to come visit him. So sad to hear this news. Bobby now you will cook for the Gods! Your energy will always live on!

Chef Bobby was such a good friend to my brother, Dr. Tim Kelly and his family. We have celebrated so many wonderful occasions with Bobby always taking the time to do something special for us. He will be missed dearly.

So very sorry for the loss of this wonderful father, husband and brother. Ian, our thoughts are with you. Love.
