Bobby Glenn Leggett

Mr. Bobby Glenn Leggett, 57, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon (December 28, 2010) at his residence in Waycross. He was a native and lifelong resident of Ware County. He graduated from Ware County High School, and was employed by the Ware County Road Department as a heavy equipment operator. He was a former member of Emerson Park Baptist Church (currently New Haven). He also enjoyed working as a bullfighting clown for the International Professional Rodeo Association (IPRA). He is survived by two sons, Monty Leggett (wife Ashley) of Tallahassee, FL, and Ty Leggett of Pinetta, FL; one grandson, Trenton Leggett; his parents, George B. Leggett and Katherine Waters Leggett of Waycross; three brothers, David Leggett (Janet) of Waycross, Benny Leggett (Diane) of Waycross, and George Leggett, Jr. (Samantha) of Waycross; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday (December 31, 2010) at the Music Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday at Red Oak Cemetery in Appling County. The family will receive friends 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday at Music Funeral Home. The Ware County Road Department is asked to meet 10:40 a.m. Friday at the funeral home to serve as honorary pallbearers.
