From a Rocky Top fan x

I'm very sorry to hear of Bobby Osborne's passing. He had a full life and brought much joy to his fans. I loved his and Sonny's harmony and instrumentation from my earliest memories as a child to my adulthood. I regret I didn't have the opportunity to see them in person. All of the family has my sincere sympathy.

My condolences.

Bobby and Sonny's music is just GREAT !! So sad to lose one of the greatest from that generation
of great bluegrass singers.

It was my honor and privilege to see Bobby and his band at the American Legion in Englewood, TN March 15th. A great man no doubt but truly a phenomenal example of a what an entertainer should be. Heaven's band is even more amazing now.

So sad to lose the last of the Osborne Brothers. They along with Flatt & Scruggs influenced me to start playing Bluegrass banjo at 6 years old.I just about ran the needle through thier old 33 records and really became good at it thanks to them. I will miss you're high tenor and I'll hope to be playing with you around GOD'S throne some day! Goodbye for now...
