Karen, I just heard the terribly sad news about dear General Presley from Mr. Kelley. I am so sorry for your loss. I can remember years ago while on USAA's Executive Row, your sweet husband would come to my desk for candies..."Red Hots" were his favorite at that time. He was always so kind and gentle with all of us ladies, and his presence will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to you and your family members. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

You were my hero, and my mentor. What you did for me made a significant difference in my career. You are a mans man. I will miss you.
