May God bless you and your...
I first met Bobby Randall aboard the USS HULL (DD 945), when I joined the ship midway through a Pacific Ocean deployment in 1978. At the time he was a Lieutenant, and in charge of the ship's Supply Division. I was the greenest possible Ensign, and then-Lt. Randall showed me by example the best traditions of what it meant to carry yourself as an officer. I never worked for him directly, but he left an indelible impression on me. Consider this memorial a final salute to a respected shipmate.
