I never personal knew Mr. Russell but knew of him while I worked for Crum & Forster aka Floyd West & Company in Texas from 1980 - 1986. My insurance career with C&F took me from Dallas to Midland to Tyler, Texas and the Company was excellent to work for and a had reputation second to none.
