Joel was a good guy. He hung out with me and some friends of mine in high school and was strong in character. It was a pleasure to have known him. My condolences to his family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Dominguez family and friends. Words can't explain how great of a young man you were. You will be missed Joel, Thank you for being such a great friend. You were always upbeat and so much fun to be around. Thank you for showing me the ropes at Ft. Lewis and loaning me your cadillac when I didn't have a car to drive. I will never forget our weekends at Rock's place. We had so much fun that summer, boxing gloves and all. I will never forget you. I will miss you my friend. My prayers go out to the Dominguez family during this time of sorrow.
