Fr. Watroba
You came to Imm. Conc. parish when I was entering the 1st grade at the old school. You inspired everyone and under your guidance and leadership built a wonderful parish with new school and church buildings. You will never be forgotten by all who knew you. May you rest in peace.

Fr. Watroba:
Although it's always sad to learn of the passing of someone special, I find great comfort in knowing you're finally able to see what you've been living & hoping for. You certainly will be missed & remembered for the love & service you gave to so many: thank you.

I was saddened to hear of Father Watroba’s passing last week. He was the “guiding light” of the Immaculate Conception parish in Watervliet since my grandparents’ day. He was/is legendary. Thank you Father Watroba. May you rest in peace.

Father Watroba, you were my Pastor as well as my friend. You taught me so many things during my youth as well as adulthood. You had knowledge that I will forever treasure. Your love of the Lord and Blessed Mother will forever be instilled in me. Enjoy your just rewards! P.S. I hope they have mashed potatoes in heaven!

Father Watroba:

You were so much more than a very special man and a very special priest. You were a very kind, warm, loving, selfless and loyal person to one and all. You were also a big part of our family as you were to so many families in our parish. We were all blessed having you in our lives. When my Dad passed away you were always there for my Mom and all of us and gave us strength. When our faith was challenged you always told us to never give up. You always found time for...

Father Watroba,
I was sorry to hear of your recent passing this week. I will always remember what a devout and Holy Catholic priest you were over your many years in Watervliet. The Polish people should be proud to have you and Pope John Paul II represent them so well during your lifetimes. May you rest in peace, Father.
