Not sure what to say?

Bolling and Bill were good friends to my wife Kathy and me as Bill and I began our careers with USIA. Their kindness and good humor will not be forgotten. I still have our USIA swearing in photo. The video tribute was wonderful.

Your mother was one of the sweetest and kindness woman that I have ever known. The pain of losing such a truly good person is enormous. She was so proud of her daughters. Their is no argument about that. She was one in a million as a mother, wife, and a dear friend.
Always,
Biill Borthwick

What a remarkable life and a remarkable woman.

Our condolences to the Lowrey girls. Aunt Bolling was especially beloved by her nieces and nephews for her southern charm and loving interest. Will always be fondly remembered. Greg Poch

What a beautiful tribute to an amazing woman! As a friend of daughter Kathleen, I offer my sincere wishes for comfort and peace to all those who will be missing the love, energy and wit of Bolling in your lives. Cherish the memories. Linda Blade

I always loved Bolling! She and I attended the same church, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Greensboro, for many years. She was such a bright, lively, friendly person! I admire her so much for her accomplishments and adaptability. I didn't realize until I read her obituary that she had lived in so many different places abroad! I would have loved to hear her stories. I send my warm condolences to her beloved family.
