Read MoreI was so sorry to learn of Bo's passing. I worked with Bo, and later for him, during his years at FERC. He was an amazingly smart, pragmatic man who was truly dedicated to his work. But he was also a compassionate man who was there for someone going through a tough time. My deepest condolences go out to his family and Pam. Rest in Peace, Bo.

Bo, I will miss the conversations about some of the silly government policies as well as our solutions to world problems. I will always remember our trip to New Orleans for IPIC. Will also miss seeing you on your annual x-country trip via Denver.

Almost 19 years with a wonderful man - so many great experiences. Our lives revolved mostly around each other sharing family and friends around our area and the country. He will be greatly missed. The tributes at his funeral were wonderful and heartfelt. Many thanks for all those who came and for the lovely plants and flowers.
