Bonita M. "Bonnie" Wirth (nee Currey), 75, a resident since 1987 of Great Bend, Kansas, a civilian employee at the Great Bend Airbase in the radio corps during World War II, and the Owner and Operator, with her husband Bob, of Wirth Alfalfa Farms, Inc., passed away at her home on Tuesday, July 11, 2000. Recitation of the rosary led by the Altar Society is scheduled for Thursday, July 13, 2000, 3 p.m., at Fryberger Chapel, 2115 Washington Street, Great Bend. A vigil service and recitation of the rosary are scheduled for Thursday, 8 p.m., at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Friends are encouraged to gather on Friday, July 14, 10 a.m., at St. Rose Parish Auditorium. A Memorial Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, 11 a.m., at the church.
