Not sure what to say?

As a young child, I watched her fitness show. She inspired me.When I moved to Tucson from Canada, I was delighted to see she had a fitness studio on the eastside. She influenced so many to be active & improve their health.

Thanks for getting Pres. Eisenhower to start the Council on Physical Fitness.

I feel blessed to have known Bonnie. She was truly a gift from God. Due to her work, thousands of people have learned how to deal with their disabilities and their pain. I have shared her techniques to deal with pain to many friends. They too will be sad to hear of her death. I will miss you Bonnie.

It is so ironic to me that in a time when physical fitness, especially for our children, is such a major concern, we have so tremendously down-played the positive impact of Bonnie Prudden. In the summer of the late 1960's, at the age of 14, I worked out to her show every morning. I lost 10 pounds that summer and continued to workout, getting A's in PE for the first time in my life, all throughout high school and college. I began to eat yogurt and use my recreation time for walking, swimming...

Her light still shines.....meeting her years ago in Charlotte, N.C. was a memory I'll never forget. I still have copies of her books, tapes, etc. The world benefited greatly from her life.

My condolences to family and friends.

As a fan from a far, I have read and own a few of the excellent books written by Bonnie. I treasure these books and refer to them often. Bonnie was an inspiration to my generation of "baby boomers." She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.

Dear family ,friends and conpanions,

I was sad to hear of Bonnie's passing. She was a wonderful person who taught so many of us myotherapy, fitness and to use he body or lose it,,,,,movement , movement ,movement.
