Not sure what to say?

A dear roommate and friend all through our treasured college days.

I am missing my mother as we approach her death day, so I am sure you are missing Bonnie. I was just reading something about how much her Sunshine Terrace day care meant to the family. Bonnie meant a lot to me in my teenage years. I have such fond memories of the Smiths.

Larry and family,
I'm so sorry to hear of Bonnie's passing. What a wonderful obituary, she was an incredible person. I spoke with Joe McQueen. He and Thelma are in Arkansas. He wanted me to convey his condolences to you. He mentioned that you and Bonnie have always been very dear friends. My deepest sympathies to you and your family.

I took clarinet lessons from Bonnie in 1958 when I was in the fourth grade in Declo, Idaho. Later, I followed in her footsteps and became the first chair clarinet player in the Burley High School band. I'm grateful I had the opportunity of a great start with a great teacher. One thing that stuck in my mind about embouchure was when she would say, "Point your chin." Bonnie had a great influence on me at a very young age.

Larry and family,

The lovely Herald Journal sketch of Bonnie's life certainly confirms what we came to observe first hand about her sparkle, positive energy, and abundant service. She seemed to have sustained and aided your many years of effort, Larry, to instill in the lives of many the richness of music, including those of the Watkins family.
Our special feelings toward all of Bonnie's living family--her source of joy and life's purpose.
