Bonnie June Union Stabler Orangeburg, SC - Bonnie June Union Stabler, 60 of Orangeburg and Mt. Pleasant, SC died on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. The family will receive from 12:00 to 1:30 Friday at the church before the service. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March, March 16, 2018 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Orangeburg. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg, SC with Father Wil Mwape in charge of the Funeral Mass. Pallbearers will be Lee Fersner, Ty Haigler, Jason Hughes, Eric Odom, Regi Floyd, James Joseph Union IV and Tyler Hill. She was born on June 4, 1957 in Orangeburg, SC; the daughter of the late James Joseph "Jimmie" Union, Jr. and Mary Grace Howell Union. Bonnie attended Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School and Willington Academy. Her working career began in Orangeburg for Andrae's Jewelers. After moving to Mt. Pleasant, she was employed by Life Cycle Engineering. Her last two years in Orangeburg were spent caring for her Mother. In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by a sister, Sandy Union Fersner Turner, and an infant son, Jus Stabler. She is survived by her husband, Kevin Strausser, her son, Trae Stabler (Shelli), and her "Adopted" son Brian Wright (Stephanie). She is also survived by four sisters, Candy Berry, Bobbi Hughes (Jerry), Debbie Odom (Ernie), Connie Harris (Bucky), and one brother, Jay Union (Kim), as well as two precious grandsons, Collin and Cruz Stabler. Bonnie leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews and among her many friends, Donna Duncan, who spent most every day with her at the hospital. Friends may call at the family's residence. Visitation will be held 12:00 to 1:30 PM Friday at the church before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tri-County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, P.O. Box 1166 Orangeburg, SC 29116. Many thanks and praises go to the nurses, doctors and staff of The Regional Medical Center. She was treated with much kindness, love and dignity during her long stay.
