Bonnie J. Stogsdill

Bonnie J. Stogsdill, age 78, of Somerset, KY, passed away on September 25, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Bonnie was born on March 27, 1943 in the Dykes Community of Pulaski County, KY to the late Lawrence and Edna Bradley Woodall.  She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by a son, Woody Stogsdill of Somerset; three grandchildren, Scotty (and Samantha) Stogsdill, Whitlee Stogsdill and Shae Stogsdill all of Science Hill; three great grandchildren, Allie Ball, Xavier Perry and Scarlett Perry; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; including a great niece, Hailey Woodall, who she often talked to on the phone.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Othnal “Osh” Stogsdill, whom she married May 5, 1961 in the Slate Branch Community; a brother, Carl “Woody” Woodall; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Josiah and Nora Hargis Stogsdill.

A Graveside service will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 11:30am at Whetstone Cemetery with Bro. Eric Vaught officiating.
