Not sure what to say?

Betts, I just this morning heard of the passing of your son. Karen and I both are so sorry. Please Lord take this family and friends in your arms and comfort them during this time of grief and healing. Lord help this family know and feel that heaven is a better place, by their son being there. God bless you all!

Dear Ellis & Headden families,

What an incomprehensible loss! We pray in the coming weeks, months & years you all will steadily feel the Lord's presence, peace, tender embrace; and, increasingly know His assurance that Bowen is in heaven with Him, sending you little glimpses of glory just as Bowen touched so many lives during his short time on this earth.

Bowen was the light of the party. He had a way of making everyone laugh. He made Preston feel so welcomed when he started at PG. I was in Walterboro the night that Bowen passed. My friends daughter & her friends asked me if I knew Bowen. I told them yes and they then showed me a text from Clemson. I was speechless and heart broken. I called Preston at USC and he told me that he had heard. He was upset and told me that he had just spoken to Bowen 2 days prior. No words can offer you comfort,...

We just recently heard about Bowen's death. Words cannot express the sadness we feel for the family and for Bowen. The loss of a child has to be the hardest thing a parent has to go through. Y'all are the third I know of in the past two weeks.

May God bless you and give you strength during this time. You are in our prayers.

Bill & Maureen

Condolences with great sympathy from our Clemson family to yours. May God give you strength and comfort with His everlasting love.

We miss you man. Your presence and contagious humor will always been in our memories. Prayers to you and your family. Save some of the partying for us when we get up there will you. The amount of impacts you made on our lives in Clemson and everyone else are endless. You're always apart of the 1112 family. We love you brother. Fly high and rest easy.

Dear Ellis and Headden Families: Wade and I were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Bowen-such a beautiful child. Please know that you are loved and prayed for by many. We know that God will comfort you all in the days and weeks to come as you deal with this horrific tragedy. May the memories of Bowen help to sustain you all.

I was a teacher at Porter-Gaud when Bowen was little. All teachers have those students who stand out from others, that touch them somehow, Bowen was that for me. He could walk into a room and bring a smile to every face in it. He just delighted us all; teachers and students alike. One of my favorite memories if when he was dressed up for Easter in second grade. He stopped to give a fashion show (complete with dance moves) to a group of us teachers in the hall. We were in love. That joy and...
