Proctor Funeral Home - Camden Obituary

Boyce Wayne Williams, 66, of Camden, Arkansas, passed away on August 12, 2025, in Little Rock, Arkansas surrounded by loved ones. Boyce was born February 20, 1959, in Camden, Boyce lived a life well spent filled with hard work, love for his family, and a strong appreciation for the simple joys in life.

Boyce was a skilled carpenter and a fire fighter in his earlier years, with a strong passion for his craftsmanship that left a long-lasting mark on many homes and hearts. He was happiest outdoors, enjoying the quiet peace of fishing, the thrill of hunting, or having his family around, especially if a game of dominoes was involved.

Boyce is accompanied by his mother, Wanda Fay and his father George “Red” Alfred Williams. Boyce is survived by his son Boyce Wayne Williams Jr., and wife Amanda; his daughter, Brittany Presley and husband Scott; his brother, Gregory Williams; two sisters Lisa Stell and Beth Stinnett and husband Ricky; and his six grandchildren — Kelsea, Kaden, Josh, Parker, Tripp, and Ridge — who were his pride and joy.

Those who knew Boyce will remember his generous heart, his steady presence and the way he would be willing to help almost anyone out. His legacy will live on in the love and memories he shared and created with all of us.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden. Boyce will be cremated, and no graveside service will be held. Family and friends are invited and encouraged to join in honoring and celebrating his life.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt appreciation for the prayers, kindness and support during this time.
