Boyd V. Hughes

I am happy to say the few years I knew Boyd will always be a good memory for me. I always enjoy talking to people of the greatest generation this country has ever produced. He was the same age as my deceased step-father who was also a WW-II Naval veteran.
Boyd was one of the hardest working men I've ever met. I greatly enjoyed visits with him, Dotty and their family. I really enjoyed the experiences he shared about parts of his life and I will greatly miss him.

Boyd is my great uncle.....I remember Boyd very well.Though I didnt see him too many times through my life as I would have like,the times I did see him were very memorable.He always had a smile that told my that I was very welcome to be around him.If it was family reunions,picnics, potluck birthday parties for my grampa Mack and Grandma Stella ,I was always happy to see him.Get togethers were never perfect unless Boyd and Dotty where there,and they always made it!The Hughes signifies what...
