Not sure what to say?

Dear Family, We were sorry to hear of Boyd's passing. I coordinated with him many years with our school activities going to Lagoon each year. (Riverview Jr. High) He was a special man to work with. He also went to school with my sister Donna, also a former Murrayite. May the Lord bless you during your time of sorrow.

Uncle Boyd has always been my favorite. My mother Cookie would always talk about Boyd and the love that man had for is family. I'm proud to be part of the Jensen family. We have lived in Oklahoma most of my life and whenever we would visit family in Utah, we always stopped at uncle Boyd's for a visit. We moved to Utah after we were married and ended up living in Murray. I did not know were Boyd lived but somehow I found his home. I enjoyed visiting with him and catching up. I only wish we had...

I was saddened to hear about Uncle Boyd's passing. He was Cookie's (my mom) favorite uncle and she talked about him often. I know they must be happy to see one another again. He was always so kind and generous to her and our family over the years and he will be missed. My condolences to your family.

I too remember Boyd from the early days of LaGoon. But most recently, I have had the pleasure of bumping into him at various places when he would be out to lunch or dinner with friends or family members. He is always such a gracious and caring man; seemingly interested in what the other person is doing and how they are. I was so saddened to hear of his passing only after his funeral. I would've loved to hear the accolades of this great man. Blessings of peace and love to his family and...

Dear Jensen Family,
Debbie and I send our love to you. Bishop Boyd has always been a trusted friend and an exemplary mentor. He will be greatly missed.

This is Dan Summerhays. I only learned of your father's passing the day after the funeral. I truly regret not being there. I don't believe you know just how important your father was to Connie. She often expressed to me that she wished he was her "dad". Whenever there was a crisis in her life she would ask me what Boyd would do. She called upon him at critical moments, such as when her mother was dying, to verify the decision to "pull the plug". And you, Boyd F, in my mind will always...

Our deepest sympathy to the Jensen family on the loss of a warm and wonderful man who was like a father to everyone.
The years with Bishop Boyd were a time we will always treasure. My mother (Elna) thought the world of him. Service and sacrifice and love were surrounding us as young people in the 20th ward.
They really were the Greatest Generation.
Our love and prayers go out to you.

Much love to the Jensen Family. I had the great honor of working with your father in both the business and religious community. But more important, he was a great friend to me. When Sister Ricks passed away, he was right there to give me much needed love and support. Oh how I love him.
May Father in Heaven bless the entire Jensen Family.
Sincerely,
Reed T. Ricks

Dear Jensen Family
My late husband, Ed Pearson, and I loved Boyd so much. He was such a good friend to Ed for so many years. Boyd will truly be missed by so many people because he was such a loving and kind man among men. He was valiant in his beliefs and loved others no matter what theirs were. May your family find peace and comfort at this difficult time. He gave so much love, and was truly loved back by all who knew him.
