Not sure what to say?

I remember it was Christmas about 1978 and Suzanne Vlach and myself stopped by the Lafayette home to deliver a present for Boyd and Maxine and Boyd was only in his boxers thinking it was just Cindy coming home. He didn't even bat an eye and invited us to come right in and made us a drink smiled and went back to get dressed. A man of that Stature so down to earth.

Rest in peace. You were a lovely man. -Anita Atl. GA

I am one of the fortunate people to have known Boyd as a client, mentor and most of all, a friend. Its virtually impossible to describe Boyd unless you met him, and especially had lunch with him. He was a strong confident man, but extremely humble for all his successes. He had the rare ability to treat everyone equally, from dishwasher to Senator, it made no difference to Boyd, he was always a gentleman and treated everyone with respect. Rest In Peace Boyd.
Sorry for your loss.

Boyd bought the Rodeo Garbage Service from my parents, Allan and Frances Riemke. He was very generous and thoughtful to them until they both passed away. He gave them very nice gifts and they always appreciated it. My thoughts and prayers are with Boyd's family and friends. God bless you.

So many wonderful memories of spending time with your dad and mom at Taylor Lake and hanging out at the house. Boyd had a great influence on Joe and I. He was a wonderful man with such a generous spirit. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I will always cherish my memories of family vacations with the Olney clan. Boyd was such a generous, kind and compassionate man. Dad was lucky to have such an incredible best friend in Boyd & we were blessed to have known him. My sincerest condolences to his family.

I was fortunate to know Boyd through Acme Landfill. I found him to be a very intelligent and gracious man. Indeed, he will be missed. I wish the best to his family.

Although I only knew Boyd for a short time, he left an imprint on my heart. I will always remember his gentle smile and engaging wit along with his cowboy hat and boots. A fine gentleman, a legend....
