Boyd was an honorary member of the morning crew at the local donut coffee house affectionately called the Losers Club. He was by held in high regard by all who knew him. He was always a kind gentleman. Every morning about 8:20 am his wife would call him with her good morning call and he would confirm her coffee and donut order. I think of Mr. Ringo with great fondness. As a friend of Bill's I spent a lot of time in the Ringo household especially during high school and college. I feel very fortunate to have known Mr. Ringo--he always treated me like a member of the family and this is what I remember most about him.
