I have known Bro. Mike since 1989 when I joined the nursing faculty at Elms College. My students participated in the the Elms CaReVan, a free clinic on wheels he implemented as his DNP project that served the homeless of Chicopee. We took students on several medical missions to Jamaica, WI, where we worked in established inner city clinics and set up clinics in the bush. Br. Duffy was such a great addition to our board of directors. Coupled with his daily ministry at the center he will be truly missed. He really took the role of helping others as Christ has said we should do. May he rest in peace. Amen.
