Brad was born on January 1, 1974 and passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015. Brad was a resident of Kinston, North Carolina at the time of his passing. He was married to Heather. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday evening January 3 2016 at Garner Funeral Home in Kinston and other times at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday January 4 2016 at the funeral home with Pastor Jason Smith and Pastor Tommy Hart officiating. Interment will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park.

Brad was a beautiful person and a loving son. He had a heart of gold and loved his children, his wife, his brother, Uncle Chowey and the rest of his family and friends unconditionally. I prayed hard to the Lord for a baby and he gave me two great son's I love with all my heart. I know he needed you back to watch over us and to be with your dad. I miss you so much! I pray you are at peace my angel. Love you mom.
