Another year gone by, they seem to go by like weeks. Still think of you often, My dad almost 90 now ,spoke of your dad the other night at dinner. Brought a smile to my face when he remembered the time I sank my speed boat in front of your house and your Dad swam out to rescue me. Happy ending for me, not so much the boat !! Another year has gone by so fast, I think and speak of him often. Our time's together and frienship will always have a special place in my heart, and memorys of those endless summers of two young boy's getting into Island michief. Almost 50 years ago a pot bellied , tow headed 8 yr. old encounterd a 7 yr. old red headed , pigion toed kid on centenial beach on Peaks Island Maine. It was the beginning of would be a life long freindship that would carry on and off for 5 decades. Our adventures began there and then as two young boy's would embark on endless summer days in the sun and sand.
