Dear Dad,

I am just SO PROUD of the love, devotion and dedication that you showed in the care that you provided for Grandad over the last few years. I know that it took a lot of strength, both physically and mentally, and although you were fatigued you showed nothing but kindness in your care for him. I just wanted to acknowledge the strength you showed in the care of your father for so many years. I know it wasn't an easy thing to see your dad, always so strong, slipping away and I could see how extremely difficult it was and how it wore you down at times. You showed such love, dedication and tolerance even when you were weary, I admire you for that. I know "Grandad's" passing was very difficult for you. I find comfort in knowing he and Elsie are together again and now...

I am truly sorry for your loss. Having worked with Alzheimer's patients for many years, I understand the heartache of "losing them twice". I believe Mr. Sensabaugh has moved on to a better place, where he is fully restored, mind and body. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
