Not sure what to say?

I always enjoyed Brad's sense of humor and will never forget how he set me up on a date with a friend. Brad also introduced me to his wife, Maryanne, who did turn out to be one of best friends. He used to come into the restaurant every morning where some of his friends would be and start the count down until the day Maryanne would be retiring. They shared many great memories.

Maryanne, I´m so sorry to hear the sad news. I enjoyed having you both on the Mattydale Hinsdale senior bus trips. My thoughts n prayers are with you n your family

Many memories made in the woods behind NS high school as kids. Thoughts with the family.

Mary-Anne Sharon and I are so sorry to hear the news of Brads passing.

I was so sad to learn of "Mr. Surlock's" passing. I remember him so well as a very loving father to Michael - one of my beloved students through Oswego CITI (which will always be Oswego County BOCES to me). His ready smile and obvious devotion to his son and amazing wife were so special to see. He leaves a legacy of being a great Dad, a great husband, a great man and of loving and being loved in return. My thoughts, prayers and caring are with him , his family and all who love him. Mary...

Dear Maryann, I am so sorry to hear that Brad died. I remember him as a loving and devoted father, and as a good friend with an excellent sense of humor and a willingness to share his talents. The last times I saw him he was coming to help Bill with construction projects. He would chat with me for a few minutes and reheat his coffee in our microwave. My heart is with you during this sad time.

I enjoyed sitting with Brad and teasing the heck out of him. He never knew how much I enjoyed joking with him

Maryann, I'm very sorry to hear of Brad's passing, my condolences to you and the family. Linda Van Auken
