Not sure what to say?

I did not learn of Brad's passing until 2022. I'm still so saddened every time I think about it, and reading through these condolences I can see he was truly one of a kind. Irreplaceable. Best counselor I've ever had. My belated condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.

Oh Brad im so sad to hear about this. Thank you for being here for me. You will be missed greatly. Thanks for making a difference in my life

Moving through the initial shock of Brad’s passing, I was responsible for considering what needed to be attended at his work given his loss. This past week I heard scores of remembrances and tributes to Brad from colleagues within and outside the organization. I listened to and responded to voices messages from patients he was working with and called others to plan for their care going forward. Signature qualities of Brad that I already knew, were amplified ten fold by the stories I...

Brad was my coworker and my friend and I am still finding it difficult to accept his passing.

When we would run group, Brad would become animated and passionate and use his keen sense of humour to help heal others. He would stand at the back of a meeting room and take everything in, speaking wisely and from his heart, albeit reluctantly, when asked his opinion. I called on him for rescue more times than I can count. He always showed up and I always left having learned something...

I will always remember Brad as being a diligent clinician with a kind soul who was always available to offer advice. The organization has lost a true gentleman. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

I think Brad enjoyed 'having the floor' when he gave us updates at our Mental Health Counsellors Meetings. Always helpful, cheerful, added some lightness to any meeting, wonderful guy to work with. Well respected and liked.

My deepest condolences to Brad’s family and friends. If it weren’t for covid, I would have been spending Wednesday afternoons co-facilitating a group with Brad, and as I learn of this news, most of my brain still feels that I’m just waiting to run our next group together. Brad loved to ask the clients challenging questions - to invite them into a process of self-exploration leading to change. Clients would often share that they continued to ask themselves these questions throughout the...

Brad was an amazing guy. Very skilled, Genuine, hard working, humble and compassionate with a witty humorous side. I had many enjoyable conversations with Brad in the last couple of years, ranging from addictions work to philosophy and politics. He will be missed dearly by me and many, many others. My thoughts are with Brad's family at this difficult time.

As a colleague of Brad's, we looked to him for his experience and expertise. As a friend, he will be missed for his sarcastic and quirky sense of humour, his generosity (including sharing his homemade treats!), and most importantly, the compassion he showed for those with whom he worked. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family.
