A friend informed me of a procession that was soon to pass by our office. I had watched the story on the news about a local firefighter that lost his life searching for a man that disappeared in the waters of Lake Norman.I was compelled to see this procession and a few others followed. In the distance I could see the large American flag gently swaying as it hung from the overpass.After the law enforcement escort, the ambulance transporting Bradley Long seemed to pass by in slow motion. So sorry for this loss of a hero. He is an angel and followed his dream of helping others. Be proud and hold your heads up for him. God bless you Bradley Long and your family and many friends at this most difficult time.

Thoughts and prayers daily. I'm so very sorry for your loss. May you find comfort and peace in God's arms. Bradley was taken way too soon, and we'll never understand why.. But know that he is now wearing a well deserved crown.
