I will always remember his gentle manner even when he had a question over some entry or designation. Never accusatory or derisive. He always made things go smoother with his approach and brought a pleasant atmosphere to the office. I will miss his smile and hearing him sing along to the music playing in the office. Our deepest sympathies to his family.
