We traveled the world together and sent others to travel the world. Blessed are you the peacemaker for you are a child of God. Go now .... Peacemaker .... and know that you may truly rest for your watch has ended. I didnt just lose a friend .... our Agency lost a brother and our nation lost a hero. Youll always be remembered my brother.

Brandon was my co-worker, brother, and friend. Brandon was special to all of us. He was kindhearted, smart, and funny. He loved his family at home, as well as his family at work. I will always cherish the time I spent with Brandon, and I will never forget him.

Mr. Merrell was a great person, an amazing teacher and a great soul. A kind, humble and caring man with a way of getting kids interested in history.. HISTORY. He always had a smile on his face and made people laugh. My heart hurts for his family, his colleagues and his past students.

Praying for all of you during this very difficult time. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief and may your memories you shared with Brandon be a light in these dark days.
