Dear Virginia, Brandon & Giovanni,
I am so saddened by the news of Brandon's passing. He was such a sweet and good man.
It was such a pleasure working with him both at Penn Dot and he was such a good union steward. A real advocate for his co-workers and was always so cheerful to be around.
