Not sure what to say?

Wow, 5 years since he went to see the Lord...how time flies. Sure miss good ole Ed and Toots. Now Ed is together with the other two members of the Project Coordinator's Reunion Group (Frank Peterson and Micky Weller). Hoping you guys are having a ball, talking about all the crazy stuff we all went through at the Naval Base during our careers; seems like only yesterday. I really miss those get togethers at the Shriner's camp grounds every spring. I will cherish those memories until it comes...

It's not the same with papa Ed and Mama toots at Myrtle beach the lot is not lively anymore no music chicken and dumplings and lots of friends with jokes and laughter. But we always talking about you and mama when we are sitting out or go by your site. hope your having fun fishing and mama bringing you out your breakfast sandwich love ya both

My sincere sympathy to the family for the loss of your dear loved one. May you find peace and comfort in Psalms 65:2.

I will be so sad not to see Papa Ed and Mama Toots at Ocean Lakes. This was a kind, funny and gentle man. He knew a lot of bad words but he said that was the navy talking. Yea right. I haven't seen some one that loves to fish like he did. My heart and prayers go out to his family and friends. The world lost a great man, but guess he's fishing in Haven now. All my love hon... "We had many wonderful memories of visiting and laughing with both of you at the beach and masonic campouts."

Our hearts are broken as they were touched by a good man and friend. Toots, we loved Ed, you, and Terry. His flashing smiles, photographs, emails with his fishing adventures and camping experiences left us with some wonderful memories. Toots, we will ask God to give you peace and comfort until we meet Ed in his new home on the other side. Red & Ruth Mauldin (Swansboro, NC)

I have such wonderful memories of both Papa Ed and Toots. What a talented couple. We had such fun while in the same Masonic camping group for a short time. We moved back to Ohio but they stayed in touch. Great couple.

Mama Toots,
PaPa Ed was a wonderful guy, Cy & I always enjoyed talking to you both at NCT Campouts and at the beach. Will always remember the shark he had me hold.
