Brenda Sue Chrisley Bratton, 64, of Draper, Va., passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. on Friday, June 4, 2010, in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Bower Funeral Home.

Brenda was my supervisor at VDH in the early 80's. She was a great boss and friend. I had lost track of her over the years,even tried to find her several times. I had recently had her on my mind and would have loved to have seen her. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a great person.

My heart and prayers go out to you. I worked with your Mom/Grandma at MTM/DynTec (when your Daddy passed)and MTM and sat beside each other both times. We learned a lot about each other's families, lives and were each other's sounding boards. I will miss her and she will missed by all that knew her. Heaven has gained a true shining star!
