Not sure what to say?

Hello, Here is picture of Brenda that was taken on May 31, 1980 after Bobby (Jean Stein) and my wedding in San Antonio. - Sincerely, Jim and Bobby McLaughlin

I still think of. Brenda off and on, especially at Christmas time last year when I always got her Christmas letter updating her and her family´s life. That I really enjoyed reading every year.

I cannot believe the news of her death! We met at Shepard AFB during orientation to the Air Force and served together for three years in the WHMC NICU. She was full of energy. There were so many adventures there--the quads, the Shah, Jody, the team work. The heavens have a new star.

"Bea" was a great friend through high school. We shared classes and social activities. She and I and other close friends volunteered at Pathfinder School on Saturday mornings, where we assisted and befriended the "campers" who had special needs. I have attached a Senior Prom photo with Be a in the lavender floral gown. I am sorry we lost touch. When I realized we were both living in Maryland, I tried to reach out to her, but was not able to. From reading her obit, I am happy to see that...

We will always remember Brenda's warm and welcoming spirit and embracing all of us into the family. Sabine, Max, Nik, and Kris

I am so sorry to say farewell to this wonderful professional who contributed so much to so many in the course of her multiple public service careers. My deepest condolences to Brenda´s family and hope that you find great comfort in each other and in the knowledge of how much she accomplished for so many other people, many who you don´t know personally but who had the good fortune to be her colleagues and friends through her public service roles. I worked closely with Brenda at Peace Corps for...

I am so sad to hear Brenda's Loss today. Someone so special will never be forgotten. My deepest condolences to Brenda's family. Almaz

Brenda was a gem of a colleague and a friend. Such a natural mentor and a kind hearted lady. I shared many wonderful conversations with her and I will forever feel the void left in her absence. My deepest condolences to her husband, Mike, their children and grandchildren. May Brenda´s legacy if kindness, love, and humor live on through her family.

What a warm, kind, and generous person in every way. She embodied everything that is good in this world. Godspeed Brenda!
