Read MoreI had the pleasure of working with Brenda for several years before she left the Corporation. She was an absolutely lovely person with a real zest for life. I was heartbroken to learn of her passing. My sincerest condolences to her family and friends. I realize that it has been quite a number of years since she departed this life but she will never be forgotten and the pain of losing her doesn't go away.

Brenda was indeed one of the nicest people I had the pleasure of meeting, working with and just getting to know on a professional and personal level. I truly missed her when she moved from Arlington, VA to Portland. I had so hoped to see her again. She was so energetic, interesting and fun to hang out with. I will truly miss her so much.

Brenda was a wonderful spirit, who is in our hearts tonight. I am very sad. Think of what she did. She traveled to Europe, time and time again, by herslef, making friends and having fun. She moved to Alexandria, found love, and friendhsip, and struggled for her future. Brenda is now at peace, yet I am so sad.
