Greenville

Brenda May Jenkins, 72, of Greenville, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, died May 19, 2011.

Born in Suffolk, England she was a daughter of the late William Henry and Phyllis Mary Carter.

Mrs. Jenkins was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, George Jenkins; a son, Ricky Jenkins and wife, Beth, of Greenville; a daughter, Kerri Ward and husband, Nathan, of Easley; four grandchildren, Brandi and Kyler Jenkins, and Parris and Ryan Ward; and two sisters, June Manning, and Molly Titcombe, both of Suffolk, England.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Ellien Gower.

A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Woodlawn Memorial Park, with visitation prior to the service from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest.
