Not sure what to say?

Brenda was the best friend anyone could have. During our fifty-year friendship she was endlessly supportive, full of interesting opinions, always sharing her interests and activities. I cannot believe that she is no longer at the other end of a phone call, there is now a huge void in my life.

I met Brenda over 40 years ago when we joined the Thornden Morris dancing team. We often rode together to dance outs and had long conversations en route...and so our friendship grew. I´m so thankful for the times that we shared. We often talked about our families. Jason, she loved you and your children with all her heart and was extremely grateful for all that you did for her. With deepest sympathy at this difficult time of profound loss.

Ohio State was a long time ago for Brenda and me. But I remember her well, and fondly.

I became friends with Brenda when we both attended Coventry Elementary School. We have been friends all these years. We kept in contact . Our last conversation was a few weeks ago. I am so sorry about her passing. May Brenda Rest in Peace and may she know that she will be missed. Linda Fried

I became friends with Brenda in the 1980s when I was working as a social worker at Loretto. She was a strong advocate for her residents. She was honest, and forthright, and very funny! She cared deeply about people and had a heart of gold. I'll especially remember when she and Mark visited me in St Paul on a cross country trip sometime in the late '90s. We had fun seeing the sights including taking a boat ride on the Mississippi. I'm so glad our paths crossed in this life! My sincere...

Our condolences to Jason and all Brenda's family, on behalf of Brenda's friends who danced with her on the Thornden Morris team. (They're dancing on this very May Day with a May pole on top Thornden Park Hill.) We celebrate her life!

Brenda was a dear. As a fellow Social Worker at the same facility, we and several other Social Workers met weekly at a local diner for breakfast. We continued this for many years after retirement. Jason as a youth even volunteered. Im sorry I wont be in attendance, as im on Florida. You all will be in NY thoughts. Shalom. Brenda Sweetapple
