Not sure what to say?

I know it is a year since Brendan (Berg) left us but we continue to miss him. Berg was my close friend at Avon and continued to keep in touch after he went on to play at Sacred Heart/UCONN. I think of him every time I pick up a lacrosse stick. Too young to leave us. He will be forever missed, Berg you were a great guy and we shared tons of laughs together! I would like one more conversation with you from Cali! Forever an Avon Guy! RIP!

Dear Rick, Melon and Conor, I was thinking about you and did a little searching and came upon Brendan's obituary. I am heartbroken for you all. Please know that I and my entire family send love and prayers. Pat Taylor

Rick, Melon, and Conor, My deepest sympathy to you. The loss of Brendan so young is a tragedy. May God watch over your family and help you bear this terrible burden. God Bless the Helberg Family.

Brendan and I played hockey and lacrosse together for many years. He never gave up and always kept a positive in all game situations. He was a motivator and a driving force when he stepped in goal during lacrosse. He was the general of our teams. He was fair to all freshmen and always spent the time to make sure they were included in every aspects of a team. Berg you were a man of honor, integrity and compassion. To me you were a role model who I will miss forever. To Mr & Mrs Helberg your...
