Not sure what to say?

To Dr. O'Brien's family.. Im late in learning of Dr. O'B's passing as I called him for some years. He did my first knee replacements in 1978. He was my forever favorite physician. He always saw me when I needed to be seen @ his office across from the hospital. We had a great relationship as Dr. &patient. Last I saw him was @ SLUHN retirement luncheon inOct. Of 2022. I'm very glad I saw him one last time. God bless all his family. Nancy wynkoop

O'B was one of a kind. Absolutely! Whatever he liked or whoever he liked he wanted all of his friends and family to "Like". One example was "Fly fishing". He became a master lure maker. He showed others how to do it and TALKED about it. On a very memorable occasion he invited me to be his guest on a fly fishing adventure in the EVERGLADES. I willingly accepted and OB set it up. He hired the guide, the boat etc. The day came and we embarked. Beautiful weather, Quiet as a church, experienced...

Fond memories of a good friend.

Kathy and family My deepest sympathies for your loss. Brendan was my first employer when I graduated from PA school in 1976. At that time he took a chance on a young fellow who was probably the 1st formally trained PA in the Lehigh Valley. He was a great mentor and taught me a lot. He was also my dear friend and did a lot for me when I lost my wife to cancer at a very early age of 24. He also taught me the basics of hunting and was instrumental in helping me develop that interest. After...

Kathy and Family I have known Dr O´Brien, since 1975. I will say he was one of the best Drs I had the pleasure of knowing. Over the years we seemed to keep in touch. The last he treated me was in 2012at OAA. When my Mother had surgery for Cancer, at Osteopathic Hospital. I just had been told it was not good. I was outside her room, in tears. Dr O´BRIEN walked by. He saw I was upset. He took the time to sit with me till I could get my composure. He always showed such empathy. I was honored...

God Bless you, Brendan, and prayers for you and your family! I will absolutely miss you; indeed you have been a friend to all!

Kathy & family, we are praying for Dr. O´Brien and your entire family. We are with you in spirit. God Bless!

Dr. O' Brien was ONE of the great Dr's. I had the pleasure of working with in the early days of AOH/AOMC. His knowledge and creativity helped many of our patients and his calm demeanor was always appreciated. Condolences and Peace to all who are missing Dr O'Brien today.
