Not sure what to say?

A Legend in the field of dental Orthopedic and T.M J. Treatment. I had the pleasure attending one of his generous seminars. Robert Gougeon D.m.D.

I continue to think of my colleague, friend and mentor most days. I quote him on numerous occasions in my posts on Linked In and his photo of us together in London rests next to my desk. RIP. Really miss him. Patrick G

Brendan was a wonderful teacher with an huge passion for the treatment of TMD with an ever questioning mind. I was part of a group who visited with Dr Stack every year over almost twenty years. He gave us information and the courage to pursue our individual quest to find the best treatment for our patients. Brendan was our Inspiration. Rest In Peace. Dr.Ulick Cronin (Ireland)

Brendan was a deep thinking and practical man. He passed on his wisdom and knowledge to so many Professionals and his contribution to mankind is legend.

Miss him so much and miss his voice and his witty stories. A great teacher and mentor. One in a million and I can never forget his genuine hospitality and friendship. A legend and an inspiration to all of us who studied under him. RIP

GOD BLESS YOU MY DEAR FRIEND. WHAT AN HONOR TO HAVE KNOWN YOU AND STUDIED AND LECTURED WITH YOU.

I think often of Dr. Stack and was saddened to see that he passed. I began seeing Dr. Stack in 1980 after being referred to him by both a Physical Therapist and Neurologist. TMJ treatment was relatively new at this time. Dr. Stack was so kind and caring and 40+ years later, have very little pain. Dr. Stack was someone I looked up to and he changed my life. I will always remember Dr. Stack with fondness and respect.

Rest in peace, Dr. Stack. Thank you for giving me my life back, for which I will be forever grateful.

Brendan, affectionately known to many of us in the UK as 'Doc' was THE TMJ clinician AND superb teacher. I owe my practice to his mentorship and unflailing support over the decades. He was simply the best and always the eternal student himself. A huge loss but his legacy continues. Will miss him always.
