Brendan was a wonderful teacher with an huge passion for the treatment of TMD with an ever questioning mind. I was part of a group who visited with Dr Stack every year over almost twenty years. I think often of Dr. Stack and was saddened to see that he passed. I began seeing Dr. Stack in 1980 after being referred to him by both a Physical Therapist and Neurologist. TMJ treatment was relatively new at this time. Dr. Stack was so kind and caring and 40+ years later, have very little pain. Dr. Stack was someone I looked up to and he changed my life. I will always remember Dr. Stack with fondness and respect.

Brendan, affectionately known to many of us in the UK as 'Doc' was THE TMJ clinician AND superb teacher. I owe my practice to his mentorship and unflailing support over the decades. He was simply the best and always the eternal student himself. A huge loss but his legacy continues. Will miss him always.
