Brent Jon Malesich

Brent is one of my oldest and dearest friends. His heart was as big as the day is long. One in a million human. We met working at Safeway on Harrison and our friendship grew in so many ways over the years. Some of my favorite 'firsts' were with Brent. First airplane ride, first time in Vegas, first time in a limo, first time watching the Seattle 4th of July Fireworks in Friendship Park...the list goes on and on. This is so heart breaking. Brent and I worked at Safeway together. We spent very very many nights out carousing the town. We´d go for rides and stare at the stars and talk about what we wanted in life. I´m so happy he found his love. That was so important to him. Sending Marilyn and his husband lots of love and prayers. Such a beautiful soul gone way too soon.

I am so sorry for your loss. Brent was such a beautiful soul. He worked for my mom at Safeway. My senior year, my date for the prom suddenly was unable to attend. Brent stepped in and took me. I had the most wonderful time! We danced and laughed until we hurt. I will forever remember his kindness in that moment. My most sincere thoughts are with your family.
