MORSE, Brent A. - Of Mt. Morris, age 51, died Friday, February 21, 2020 at McLaren-Flint.


A memorial service will be held 1pm Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,


Pastor Steve Wood officiating.


Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.


Those desiring, may make contributions to the family.


Visitation 11am Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.


Brent was born in Flint on April 1, 1968, the son of the late James and Dorothy (Chappell) Morse. Brent was employed with Alro Steel. He was an avid Detroit Lions fan and enjoyed playing golf and Texas Holdem. Above all, Brent loved spending time with his family and friends.


Surviving are daughter, Ashley and husband Nick Tobias;


Son, Daniel Morse;


Siblings, Keith Crothers, Robert and wife Maria Crothers, Brian and wife Rebecca Crothers, Scott Crothers, Katie and husband Steve Oyler, James Jackson, Joseph and wife Renee Jackson, and Kristy and husband Paul Dehaven;


Many nieces and nephews;


And long-time girlfriend, Rebecca Cottrill.


He was preceded in death by his sister, Debra Crothers.
