Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of working with Brent at Lykes Agri Sales in Fort Pierce, FL in the 1990's. What I remember the most about him was his great sense of humor and caring nature. I was saddened when I ran into a mutual former work colleague yesterday and was told of Brent's passing. My condolences and thoughts go out to his family.

Brent was my good friend and my customer for more than 30 years. I had the privilege of calling on him as a customer with Lykes Agri sales and with Growers fertilizer, cooperative. Brent was always welcoming, always engaged, always asking about myself and my family. Brent showed Christ in all that he did especially in all the different aspects of his public service. Brent loved and represented Florida agriculture very well; he was the best of all of us in the agricultural community! I never...

Uncle Brent and I first met at Steven and Darci's wedding. We hit it off right away. He had a spark and a sense of fun about him. I saw Uncle Brent again a few years later in Florida for a family Thanksgiving. He had heard through the grapevine that we had taken a liking to his " Growers" baseball caps. Without even asking, he showed up with caps in every different color! I was so excited and didn't know which color to pick until he said they were all for us to have. Wow. How generous he...

What a consummate gentleman and a pivotal asset to the First United Methodist Church! He will be greatly missed.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and Brent today and always.

It was a pleasure and privilege to know Brent since he came to Dade City. We have lost a remarkable and memorable friend. Sincere prayers and condolences to the family.

He was a caring individual with respect for his elders and an inclination to be helprul to others. He represented the best of AGR Brotherhood.

What a great person; met Brent through business and Ag Chem associations. He was one of the most honest guys in the industry and a pleasure to do business with over many years. And avid Gator and Bolts fan, we always enjoyed analyzing games and "Monday morning quarterbacking." Best to Michele and girls, hope you have many wonderful memories. Van Rucker

I never got the opportunity to meet you but know you through the community to be a wonderful person.
May your wife Michelle and your children find peace through God at this difficult time. Patti Salzgeber
